- Shipping & Fulfilment Framework
We offer dispatch and delivery services tailored specifically for consumers residing within the European territory.
Logistics Partners: To maintain efficient transit structures, we collaborate with premier priority courier operations, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Transit Timelines: The estimated delivery window for standard priority shipments across Europe is 5 to 12 working hours or days (specifically 5 to 12 working days under routine operational conditions).
Consignment Tracking: Automated electronic mail notifications are systematically transmitted to the contact address provided at checkout during critical operational milestones: upon successful dispatch from our facility, upon arrival at the courier processing hub, and when the consignment is assigned for localized delivery.
Delays & Investigation: In the event that a shipment exceeds the standard transit parameters, we will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. Following the outcome of the carrier inquiry, we will resolve the matter by providing either a complete financial reimbursement or a replacement dispatch, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Risk of Loss & Transfer of Ownership
In strict conformity with the European Consumer Rights Directive and Bulgarian consumer legislation, the risk of damage to, or loss of, the ordered items remains with apronviora during transit.
The risk of loss and physical ownership of the products transfers to the consumer only at the exact moment when you, or a specified third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the physical items.
- Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Pursuant to European Union distance selling legislation, consumers residing within the European Economic Area possess a statutory right to withdraw from this contract without providing justification.
Timeline: The withdrawal window expires 14 days from the calendar date on which you, or your designated proxy, acquires physical possession of the final item in your order.
Notification: To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision through an explicit, written statement sent via electronic mail to multi-pocket@apronviora.com prior to the expiration of the 14-day period.
- Defective, Damaged, or Non-Conforming Items
We hold a commitment to structural quality and product integrity. If an item arrives in a damaged state or exhibits functional deficits, consumer remedies are structured as follows:
Reporting Protocol: You must contact our customer support team via multi-pocket@apronviora.com within the legally mandated timeframes following receipt, providing clear, objective photographic evidence documenting the identified flaws or transit damage.
Resolution: Upon verification of the submitted photographic records, we will arrange for a complete financial reimbursement or issue a replacement item according to your preference.
Exemption from Return: To simplify the process, consumers are not required to return the physically damaged or defective item back to our registered address once the photographic evidence has been formally accepted by our support office.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any contractual agreements through which we provide items to you are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Bulgaria and the overarching consumer protection frameworks of the European Union. Any contractual disputes arising directly from transactions on this domain shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bulgaria.
